Support for Equal Playing Field

In 2018, Equal Playing Field designed a program to expand opportunities for girls in communities across Jordan to engage in and benefit from soccer (football), as well as contribute to local communities and economic sustainability.

EPF’s team was made up of women from 27 different countries, more than half of them from the Middle East and Asia, including 10 Jordanian nationals, three refugees, and 12 different national teams represented.

The Nartey Sports Foundation was proud to offer sponsorship support to one of the women who participated as a coach in the soccer clinics and as a player in the exhibition matches, Jasmine Henderson. Jasmine completed a 100km trek through Jordan to visit remote communities, providing football, social impact and leadership camps for girls and women in five cities across Jordan, led by EPF in collaboration with local NGO partners (reaching 700 girls and women).
